Please note that this webinar contains misleading and outdated messaging about how and when a member should update their information. To update their contact information, members should call MassHealth customer service (instead of updating it online). Unless they wish to renew early, members also should wait until they receive their blue envelope to inform MassHealth of changes in circumstances such as household changes or changes of income. Affirmatively telling MassHealth this information before they receive their blue envelope may result in immediate downgrade or termination of benefits.
